Hi All- I have been using fitness pal for a while and I have been thrilled. I am 5'0" and at one point weighed over 200 pounds. I lost the majority of my weight via Weight Watchers and found that I allowed about 15 pounds to creep back on. I found this app on my iphone and I love it!!! I have only lost 4 pounds and I have about 10 more to go to be where I was before and I would love to be 5 pounds under that. I am a runner (or stumbler depending on your definition) and with my age I really want to try to stay on the leaner side if I can. I just want to always run and protect my hips and my knees. This app has seemed so much easier than the tracking I did with WW. Thank you for your time.
