Eliminate Water Weight

Greetings!

Are there any FOODS that eliminate water weight? I don't have a lot of sodium in my diet and I know to drink lots of water but I was wondering were there some helpful alternatives. I seem to carry quite a bit of water weight. The life of a woman....... =)

  • you can look up: food diuretics or natural diuretics but here is what I found! (I've heard of celery too)
