My name is Deanna and I am a newbie to MFP. I am 26 years old, I live in Texas and I AM SO SICK OF NOT BEING COMFORTABLE IN MY SKIN. My sister introduced me to MFP and so far I LOVE it! In high school I was one of those “skinny" girls that thought she was always fat. I had a lot of unhealthy habits to keep myself skinny. Once out of high school I realized there will always be someone smaller AND bigger than you, with that mentality I stopped my bad habits and before I knew it I was wearing double sized jeans and one piece bathing suits. I have tried “diets and working out” but without fast weight lost I always got discouraged… this time WILL be different! Someday I would like to have kids. I want to be a healthy mother who teaches healthy habits to my kiddos. Cheers .. with water of course!

welcome. just take it one day at a time. u will see results, just be patient. make sure you drink plenty of water0

Thank you. I do strugle with water but if I freeze some it seems easier to put them down. Congrats on the 56 lb lost0
