My foot hurts

I started walking a mile a day and did so for 10 days on the 11th day the part of my foot right below my big toe began to hurt, it hurt so much I barely made it home. It seems to be feeling a little better after several days, should I wait until it doesn't feel painful anymore or should I just walk and endure?

    How are your shoes? It could be you just need to get some new ones. My left foot always tells me when I need to get my shoes replaced.

    Also, you could try changing your routine up a bit. Do some other form of cardio a couple days a week.
