Full already?

I started this lifestyle change two weeks ago. MFP has been so helpful. The first few days I cut my calories to 1200 and it was difficult because I was so hungry all day long. But after the 4th day or so I was getting full off of so little. Now I have to force myself to eat so that I get enough calories. Was it like this for anyone else? or are they still hungry after cutting calories even after staying on the new diet. Also, do you feel like you get less and less hungry the longer you stay on this?
