I'm a Massage Therapist from MO. I need to get fit, so that I can do my work more comfortably and safely. I plan to advance my Thai training, which is essentially Yoga and Massage combined. For this I need to be much thinnner and more flexible than I am. (Not a plug, this is my inspiration)

I am happily married, and working 2 jobs. I do love my work, and I love myself and my Hubs (no kids) but I am not loving the way that I look and feel.

I am Gluten/Wheat sensitive, so there is that challenge for me as well. The hardest thing for me is to avoid things that I know aren't good for me...and honestly Breads of all kinds were my comfort food/downfall. I have lost about 20 pounds since going gluten free. Getting rid of the wheat is difficult, that stuff is everywhere!

I have joined many of these, but this is the first Intro post that I have done, and it did take me 6 months to do it :)

    I have actually used the site for quite some time. I have just been lurking in the shadows and not introducing myself.
