Just read this.......I thought it was a great article.....it's the kind of mindset we should all have here. This web site basically has the same concepts if used correctly (except the fact that I don't have time to workout 7 hours a day  )
BTW......Good morning MFPers :flowerforyou:

From the article...
"Ask yourself a question. "Are you ready to change your life? That's the first thing I ask my clients. They have to decide for themselves if they are serious about committing. They have to intellectualize it and see the path ahead of them as a long-term thing."
I think that's key. Although we can offer support here, I believe motivation comes from within. :flowerforyou:0 -

It is a lifestyle change and you have to make the choices every day for the rest of your life. I believe that is said in there. You have to be ready to make the right choices. And they also give themselves one day a week to eat something not so healthy. If you don't reward yourself you may feel deprived. I know that is one of the things that have helped me on this journey as compared to my other attempts. I would say no cheese or no carbs or no chocolate...etc. And I always fell off. I would splurge, get frustrated and give up. This time it's not like that. You can eat those things that aren't considered "diet food" in moderation. And if you have a bad day, don't give up. Learn from it and move on. It is a process and it doesn't happen over night. And then even when it does happen, everyone makes mistakes and may have a bad day. But just jump right back on the bandwagon and don't give up :drinker:0
