Do I eat under my bmr if I want to loose weight ????

Hi Im very new to all this and finding it a bit confusing. Do I eat under my bmr if I want to loose weight ?. I am finding it quit hard to eat my bmr allowance off 1492 the past couple off days Iv managed 1200 ish and felt realy full.

Never eat below your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate). Eat below your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) to lose weight.0

Is you "BMR" 1492, or is your GOAL that MFP gave you when you put in your info 1492? There is a HUGE difference.
NEVER eat less than your BMR. (Use BMR calculator under "tools" to check it)
Your MFP goal calories is your TDEE (BMR plus activity level), minus your deficit.0
