New to this site and would like to see what kind of help is out there for those who are at a plateau - very hard to kick and I feel one on my horizon!

Welcome:flowerforyou: Read the Newbies posts that Mike has locked there is an article in one of them on plateaus. I can give you a readers digest version but ummmmm I'm SUPPOSED to be working
So I have to make it short :laugh: Zig Zagging calories is the best way to do it. It keeps your body and metabolism guessing. One day you go over your calories by 100 or maybe 200 calories and the next you go under. The article also says to throw your metabolism off, take one day and eat a cheeseburger and even the fries with it to throw your metabolism off too :drinker: :bigsmile: Let me see if I can find that link for ya.....it's a good one. And it works :drinker:
