Need a beach workout? Fun and Creative!

I woke up on Monday while on a vacation and decided I had no excuse not to work out that day. So i went down to the beach and decided to get creative and I wanted to share this with all of you just in case you were heading the beach soon too and needed some ideas!

What I used:

I found a 20-25lbs log
Stairs (1 set was 80 stairs)
Bench at the end of the stairs
My own body weight!

Warm up:

15 push ups, hands on log
50 free weight squats
10 burpes
lunges to stairs.

The workout:

Run up and down stairs 4 times.
Dips on bench (15)
leg raises on bench (30)
push ups on bench (12)
Step up on bench (15 each side)
lunges to log
toe taps on log (50)
Grab one end of log, pull while running backwards for 30 feet (repeat 4 times)
Bicep curls with log (10)
squats with log (15)
shoulder presses with log (12)

REPEAT 3 TIMES!
