I recently cut hfcs (high fructose corn syrup) out of my diet with the hope of getting rid of belly fat.

Thoughts? Is there anything else that gets rid of belly fat that is natural?

I don't know if you are a drinker, I used to have alcohol as long as it fit into my calories, but once I stopped drinking I saw a big difference in my stomach. It looks so much flatter to me! Now, I only drink on occasion and it has made a difference for me.

Agreed with the drinking but the cutting the HFCS should help a ton. Just watch any and all refined sugars, eat fruit if you're craving sweets. I also hear running is about the BEST cardio you can do for getting rid of any stubborn fat...I've been running for about a month solid now and it's slowly making a difference on my thighs...my belly is a different story. I may never get it completely flat :D

I've read that taking 1200 mg of calcium daily will help fight belly fat. And it's good for our bones, so bonus!
