Hey everyone. I joined not long ago however i'm struggling a bit of losing the weight. I just started alli so i'm hoping that will help a lot!! If someone is in the same situation as me, been on alli i would like to know about how its worked for you.

    the side effects are less than desirable with Alli - warning: don't wear white, just don't do it & you might want to wear a panty liner (tho not in the usual way)

    At least with Alli, you get the "cleansing" for free.

    I have used it and liked it. If you eat correctly, then you won't have any issues. If you eat badly, then be prepared for the after effects :) Would go on it again if I could afford a bottle right now!

    yeah i can see why you need to wear a panty liner, not pleasant what comes out but apparently it only lasts a week if i keep a low calorie and fat diet
