Hi!

I'm new to this site. It seems like a really good way to help keep track of what I'm eating and my exercise.

I was overweight as a kid and teenager but in 2009 lost 35 lbs and was very fit and healthy. After a bout of horrible family troubles I have gained back 20 lbs, stopped exercising and feel overall not great.

I'm ready to get back to healthy eating and exercising!
