I have been working out a while. I haven't lost alot of weight but i can tell im getting more fit. I started out walking at 1.5mph with no elevation. Today I had to walk at 3mph and it almost killed me. So then i dropped it to 2.6 and the elevation to 4.0. I just know im gonna have to start running and I HATE TO RUN:noway: I know i will get use to it. Its gonna take time.
Sorry for the rant!
Anyone else have this going on.

Great job on the hard work! Every step you take brings you closer to a new and happier you!
Keep it up! :flowerforyou:0 -
You can always make a mini-goal on the treadmill.
Walk REALLY fast for a few minutes and then jog (run) for 15 seconds. Make a goal of adding that in a few times during your work out. Not only will you be tired from just a few seconds, especially in the beginning, but you'll build up jogging slowly and all of a sudden love it. Or not.0
