I'm going to an amusement park this week and probably won't be able to hit the gym. Should I even bother counting my walk as a form of exercise? I don't have a pedometer so I can't track how many steps I take.

i went to disney last friday and saturday and was there literally from like 10am to 10pm.. I counted it as 8 hours of leisurely walking.. i figure with all the constant walking, waiting in line, and sweating I did, that was a good estimate!0

I wouldn't count it as exercise, personally. You're going to be strolling along, stopping to look at things, sitting down on rides, noshing on snacks, etc. Unless you lounge on a rock all day normally, it's not going to be that much of a 'work out". Just my 2 cents.0
