Hello all,
This is my first time posting. I have been round and round this little ride we call "weight loss" and havent ever really stuck with it.....at least not for long enough to make a REAL difference. UGHHHHH. But I can be VERY committed to facebook and myspace when it comes to keeping in touch with my friends and family.... so I figure it would help to have a "myspace" of sorts where I can make new "friends" that will help me with my goals!
Here's to my new obsession....myfitness pal! :drinker: ...lets hope I can make it stick!

Welcome! :flowerforyou:
(It's funny you mention that, because just today I realized that I spend more time on here than I do on facebook!) :bigsmile:0 -
Good Luck and welcome. I spend more time on here than anywhere else.0

I am in TOTAL agreement. This is such an addicting site. Just to see all of the determined people out there and hear real life stories. It is amazing. I know it cheers me up when I feel blue or to know that someone else is experiencing the same feelings that I am. It kind of eases the soul.....Plus, it is about the only time I actually read...so that is just an added bonus!! :laugh:0

Welcome! :flowerforyou: I think you'll soon find that you really are addicted to this site, but it's awesome! Good luck with your goals, and keep everyone updated on your success stories! :drinker:0

I never got into myspace too much...I always saw it as a teenager thing. MFP is like an addiction for me, one that I hope I never break. I'm glad I'm addicted to being healthy, and not other things as some in my family are.:drinker:0

I agree, this site is awesome! I find myself on it everyday! Which is great, because that means I'm thinking about my health choices that I'm making. (good or bad) lol
It's nice to read everyone's advice, and it's totally motivating to see how everyone's loosing weight.

I'm pretty sure it is a Trick Fairy (I have 2 posters). I found this picture on a Google Image search for "fairy" :smooched:0 -

Under the "My Home" tab is a link that says "Goals." If you click on it, it shows you your goals and has a big green button that says "change goals."0
