ideal saturated fat, carbs, etc

Does anyone know about how much of each i should be eating? because people are always saying mfp doesnt give good numbers. im on a 1200 calorie daily diet. i was wondering how much carbs sodium fat and saturated fat is appropriate.

    I don't think MFP numbers are that bad personally. I trust them.

    depends on your personal goals and exercise, my trainer told me to follow 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fat :o)
