Hi. I was wondering if anyone knew any great aerobic exercises that worked the inner thighs?

According to my mum, a prior aerobics instructor, it wouldn't be aerobic, it would be floor exercises after aerobic activity. When muscles are warm.
On the floor, on your side, body in alignment, legs bent back at a 90 degree angle, foot flexed, and then lift the leg up.
Or get in a table position. Donkey kicks to the side, and up.
There are lots you can do I'm sure. There might be videos if you search inner thigh exercises on youtube or something0
