I've posted a couple of times in the forum but forgot to be polite and introduce myself, so sorry!!
I'm a 34 year old British female, getting married in about 11 weeks time...(eek!). I've been using MFP since I got a new android smartphone about 2 months ago and I love it it's great.
I've been doing Zumba classes since January and have really been feeling an immense amount of benefit from them - I've not lost much weight (maybe7 pounds) but my body shape has completely changed and I've noticed myself getting much more toned and just generally feeling fantastic. I'm not hopelessly addicted to zumba and can honestly say it's changed my life!!
I'm using MFP just to keep track of the exercise and to help me keep an eye on the calories I eat. I'm not on a diet, but knowing how many calories I'm stuffing in my body in a day does make me think twice about whether I really want that massive piece of cake or not...!
I'm sure I'll have some stupid fitness questions to ask everyone - I've been dancing a long time but have never stuck to a fitness program like I have the Zumba - I've finally found an exercise that really works for me and I actually look forward to doing!

Aww thanks Cafeteria Girl.
The zumba and my wedding have coincided nicely - I haven't been doing zumba specifically for the wedding but I'm so glad I am doing it as I look so much better now than I did 8 months ago!0
