Hi, I have been told by doc to go dairy free for 2 weeks, and then after try gluten/wheat free. This has all come about because I have had stomach troubles since my teens and I was getting fed up of it all and went to see a specialist. I have had to do some 'samples' as well, also with a blood test.

Soo, my question is, what is a simple menu/diet supposed to be without dairy. Can anybody point me in the right direction. Something simple though, becuase I dont really cook, and have not got much time.

Thanks for advice in advance.

xx

I have tried both and not quite sure about them. I normally have Oat milk but the doc said not to?

Vanilla almond milk, or rice milk are both really good. Dark chocolate almond milk is yummy and makes great ice cream.

For the last 2 months I have cut out dairy, and I have not missed it at all.

I don't eat a ton of dairy, but its not necessarily intentional for me. I usually drink coconut milk, which is super yummy.

There are lots of dairy free options out there. The easiest way to avoid dairy altogether would be to start with fresh foods so that their aren't any added dairy ingredients that you may not know about.
