Zig Zag

Okay so another question about zig zagging...
If you overeat on any given day, do you still do your zig zag day up during the week?
For example:
Tuesday was a zag up day but I overate that by 300 cals!! So it was a HUGE disaster. Do I then, for the next few days, drop back to my normal cal intake of 1200 to balance it out? Or do I continue with the zig zagging and just do the Wednesday down at 1200 and then the Thursday back up again to 1400 cals?
I am 5 foot 2 and weigh 127 Ibs. I am only 3 Ibs away from goal but have been stuck for months!!

just make one of the other days that week that was going to be a higher day into a lower day. the goal is that over the course of the week it will still average the same deficit. it doesn't matter what order you do the up-downs.0

I did that earlier this week. you can make a lower day even lower, but if you're going really low then not a good idea. really, one day of going a bit over is not a huge deal because there are always some days where you just don't eat enough either and we never stress about that lol0
