Without skipping any days, I am on day 5 of level 2 and I feel that I have been doing great on the low calorie consumption ... but since I have started level 2, even though I feel the burn for the whole day, I have not lost any weight :(

does anyone else have this problem? What gives?

You're building muscle somewhere which is what cancels out the fat loss. It's a good thing I promise.

This is what I found when I was doing 30DS, especially during level 2. Take some measurements.

WTG! I lost weight in all levels, but i had A LOT to lose.

you are most likely losing inches like the others are saying!

I thought level 2 was the hardest of all the levels of the shred. LOTs of plank moves. But i loved it the most too!

i actually gained a little more than 2lbs since starting 30ds..as of this morning tho im down to the weight i was starting 30ds:) moving onto level 2 on monday becuz i took a few days off due to swollen ankle..still cant do the jumping parts so i modified it and do squats/boxing with my weights whenever it comes on..so my arms will be READY for those planks in level 2!! i also heard that if u havent lost or gained weight its becuz muscle weighs more than fat and if u dont see the scale drop doesnt mean that your not losing inches...

Omigod, just done level 2 for the first time. Been doing level 1 on and off for over a year (not exactly sticking to the programme!) and while I still can't do push-ups to save my life thought I would do level 2 to burn off some calories before going on holiday later today.

Jillian says 'You feel like you're gonna die?' ... argggggghhh! I hate this woman - she is so right!

Could not do many of the plank moves due to rubbish weak arms (must keep doing those push-ups) and had to modify some of the moves (added jumping jacks to replace some of those moves) but have rarely sweated so much in all my life! Literally waterfalls washing down my face! The only thing that usually works up this much sweat for me is a climb up a 3,000ft mountain.

Just hope I can build up the strength in my arms so I can do level 2 properly. Would hate to turn around and go back to level 1 again :(
