hi all.
my boyfriend has asked if we can go to KFC for food today before we head to the cinema now i dont mind but i dont know what to have...
i dont like mayo or any dressing for that matter and im not fussed on fast food chips. i got 600 calories remaining for tonight so what do you sujest... i was thinking bonless chicken but i dont know calories etc

HELP please

    Check their site and enter before you go. See what fits.

    Definitely go on their site and check out calorie counts. Some KFC might be on the MFP database too. Make your choices and put together a meal before you go that way when you get there you know what to order and how many cals, fat, sodium, etc. are in that meal. Good luck!

    Grilled chicken. :D
    My fiance works there and he makes me a grilled breast without seasoning, and a side of green beans.

    thanks ladies ive just been on the site and chosen the zinger burger withpout mayo and small fries with diet pepsi =659 cals and im still under goal :) thank god for the gym
