Anyone else struggling to stay under calorie goal?

    The original post is from years ago but I thought I'd pop in and say hello! I hope the OP has found a solution to the problem. I came across this because I am having the same problem, my choices aren't exactly "healthy" but even without fast food, soda, etc. which I used to be hopeless addicted to, I'm still struggling to keep under my goal. Between lunch and dinner is my issue, there's an 8-9 hour gap so I tend to snack once or twice. Snacks consist of cheese and/or frozen snacks like mini tacos or cheese bites (wrapped in dough!). The sodium in these is unreal, but the calories aren't too bad. I love fruit, hate veggies (hate... as in I vomit when I try to eat all but salad and carrots). I have not yet acquired a good habit of bringing fruit with me to work - I need to try harder. I really enjoy eating it and I know it should help get my calories down a bit while allowing me to snack a bit in the afternoon.

    small tangerine are good snacks @ 40 calories... and sweet.
