Meal Replacement Shake without iodine?

I am allergic to shellfish, which equates to a sensitivity to iodine. I can eat things with added iodine, but cannot use them long term, or it builds up in my system and I end up with itchy hives all over.

I'd love to find an easy meal replacement shake that I can use on a regular basis, but find that all of them have a significant amount of added iodine.

I know I'm not alone with this allergy/sensitivity....does anyone else have this issue or found a product that doesn't contain it?

Thanks..I've researched a few, but no luck yet, and I don't know a whole lot about them! I've used GNC Total Lean for a week at a time here and there, but always have to stop because I'm afraid to go much longer. :grumble:

have you looked into Herbalife?? I know they have recently came out with alergen free and gluten free shakes.
  • I just sent you a message. The stuff I use has a kelp source of iodine so I hope that works for you :/
