Hello all. Let me give a little background on me. 41 years old male, smoked for the past 30 years but I am now 13 days smoke free. Most of my family has died at an early age from heart disease. My cholesterol is a bit on the high side but my blood pressure is good. Starting to eat better although I will never be a total health nut. Starting the P90 workout program and it seems to be pretty intense for someone as out of shape as myself. Years ago while in the Navy, I did strength training at the gym 6 days a week. Life and family got in the way and I stopped. Now I am excited to getback into a healthier lifestyle. My wife of 20 years is joining me on this journey. She has 2 more days than I do as a non smoker and is starting to eat a bit healthier. I am wanting to lose about 30 pounds. Like I said, exciting times are ahead and I know I can do it.

Congratulations on the steps you have made so far! Almost done with my 2nd week of P90, and it is SO much better this second week. I can do so much more and I am not near as sore. Plyo and the first half of Yoga are the roughest. Just tough those two out and you will be set!

    Best of luck going forward!
