My second try to keep the weight off. First time lost 30 /35 lbs. Then slowly gained it all back, no answer as to why. That gave way to loss of portion control and overeating again. Now, going on a glucose sensor over the next month. That should help bring blood sugars down and in turn control the gain. I want to add in extra exercise to add to the loss. We will see how it goes. I definately need to monitor what is going into this body!!
