My work does a food day whenever it's somebody's birthday or anniversary or something special. And this person that were doing a food day for is doing a low carb diet so does anybody have any low carb or no carb snacks that I can make for tomorrow? I guess I'll be making something but won't be eating it cause I'll never be able to know what's in everybodys food they make. Oh well. There goes food days for me. LOL We make/bring food and eat on it all day! Not for me. So any ideas? Recipes?

cheese board! Most cheeses are 0 carb (or very close to). You can do a meat platter, too. Maybe throw in a veggie platter. Just make sure they can tolerate lactose before going the cheese route

Not sure if you are making a entree or a dessert but half my family is diabetic and one thing we eat that has no or low carbs is chicken wing dings. You can make them spicy (we love Frank's Red Hot) or just bake them with some rosemary and thyme. We also eat a lot of fresh fruit salad and fresh veggies. Just a thought=)

Deviled eggs are awesome for a low carber and great for a potluck type atmosphere! You could always bring a veggie tray or a meat and cheese platter as well. Grilled chicken salads are good too!

cheese board is an excellent idea. Some yummy fresh fruit like sliced up granny smith apples that go so well with cheese. For sweet, I was going to suggest a cheese cake, just make it without the crust. You can sweeten with a little sugar substitute. Serve some fresh cherries on the side.

    Sounds fun!

Sugar free jello with unsweetened whipped cream is good too. Spinach/artichoke dip with light sour cream, water chestnuts and parmesan cheese served with veggies is usually a hit--served hot or cold.
