I started on Sunday, August 14th. I spent the week before tracking what I was eating to see how poor my choices really were. PITIFULL is all I have to say. Now, I am trying hard to choose foods that are better. Since it's week 1, I still have sugar cravings but I try to combat them with fruit instead of cookies. I don't always win but at least I am trying. I really am proud that I am walking every day and that I have enlisted the help of my cousin and her almost 1 year old in my quest to lose 65lbs. I have a target date but even if I have only lost half by then I'll just keep on swimming....:smile:
