I've been dreaming of it, thinking of what I'd order at PF changs for my birthday. Now that I've changed my life around, have better eating habbits, I told my husband the other day I DON'T want to pig out at PF changs. I dont want to blow everything I worked hard for, for FOOD! and i used to love PF changs, easy put away 1,000 or more away at dinner. Not this year! For my birthday, instead, I told him I want to cook a fancy dinner at home. I love crab legs. So we're going to get some King crab legs, ( I use just lemon no butter) and make myself a lowfat cheesecake. I'm looking forward to that!! come end of August!!!

That is an awesome idea. Good for you for making it a celebration with fun food but not super high calorie food. Have a great time!

Good for you! That's great. It's my birthday at the end of the month too. I'm going to Lisbon for a city break and am looking forward to some great seafood and when I get back to London I'm splashing out at Zuma which is very fancy Japanese restaurant (it's my 40th though...). I do really like Japanese food but I have chosen it for the fact that it's one of the healthier, lighter cuisines. That said, I'm not going to count the number of calories I have in the form of champagne...early birthday wishes!

That's excellent! Both my husband and I are using MFP at the moment and we're much less likely to eat out on the spur of the moment because we keep thinking of our calories! In fact John's getting more obsessive than me! Lol!

Happy 40th to you, too!!! My 40th is tomorrow - my husband's taking me to New York City for an overnight getaway. I'm VERY much looking forward to it!

Happy birthday! Last time I was in NYC was when I was 19 - have always meant to return (I was staying with family and had an 8.30 curfew!) but don't know where the time has gone! Have a great time! These are going to be the best years of our life!

Crab legs are the best. They take so long to eat you simply don't have time to put away more than you should.
