1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology, 1 tbs Jello FF SF White Chocolate pudding mix, 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup water, 4-5 drops of FRENCH vanilla extract, 10-12 ice cubes...BLEND! I use the Ninja, makes over 48oz! So filling!!!!

Shakeology 32oz 250 Calories, Fat 1, Sat fat 0, Carbs 30, Sugar 9, Protein 25

Starbucks Frappucino 16oz 310 Calories, Fat 7, Sat fat 4.5, Carbs 56, Sugar 55, Protein 6

Both cost about the same, but look how much more the Shakeology made!

    Shakeology is a meal replacement shake I have been drinking for over a year now. For me...it is by far the best meal replacement I have ever tried...tastes good, low calories, and makes ALOT to keep me full!
