4lbs lost so far after my two weeks of adkins should be 15-20 thinner awsome then my usual diet will semm like adream:smile:

    Congratulations on your weight loss! I saw you were doing the adkins diet. I'm not judging, but please be careful. It is not the healthiest, most long term way to lose weight. Its already being banned in Europe for being a health threat.

    My brother in law tried this diet and it really messed up his digestive system.

    In the end you should do what works for you, but just be aware of the possible dangers of ANY diet, Adkins or otherwise. :flowerforyou:
