Should I adjust the calories on MFP? Mine are like 1684 but I see others about 200 - 300 calories less. Any suggestions, ideas???
Thanks!

Your calories are based on your height/weight/gender/age. Some people are higher or lower than you based on their current activity level and how much they have to loose. I started out at 1600 calories and am now down to 1530 as you loose the amount you need to consumer does go lower. I would say remain where you are at.0

compare with another site like www.freedieting.com and see what it says. most likely it's fine.0

Don't compare yourself to others. They more than likely are a different height, weight, activity level, age, etc. Do what MFP tell you to until it doesn't work, then readjust.0
