I have issues with being hungry all the time and I am learning to control them myself. Was wondering is there a supplement that will help and that is healty?

  • Im scared of pills. Ive found that drinking ALOT of water before and after meals helps me with hunger. It kinda sucks when you first start out because you feel sloshy, but once you get used to it, that goes away.

I would stay away from pills and supplements that control your appetite. As your body adjusts to eating less, eating differently, etc you'll notice a difference.

That being said, I was never SO hungry that I felt I needed some kind of appetite suppressant. Are you sure you are consuming enough calories? Are the calories you are consuming healthy or are they empty calories? Are you getting enough protein? High protein foods will keep you fuller longer.

suppliments are crutches that break. Eating whole grains, protiens and many veggies are what get me through the tough days.

Fiber and water can help fill you up and feel less hungry. You can get fiber pills and drink mixes at the pharmacy. Nothing based on drugs or "herbs" will help or be healthy.

Definitely not. Don't waste your money. Sometimes drinking hot tea will help take the edge off for me. Otherwise, go with what everyone is saying...veggies, fruits, protein, etc.
