Beer! No joke! I'm sitting at my desk and dreading walking to the bus then my car. The heat index for today is 110 and nothing is better than just drinking an ice cold beer with lots of beer salt outside.

Ahhhh...I can just picture it now:smooched:

::: giving my bottle of water the evil eye ::: :grumble:

Oh well....STAY THIRSTY MY FRIENDS!! :drinker:

    2/3 a box of pasta with my italian sausage/broccoli topping

    it probably wasn't TOO bad, expect for the fact I was eating 6 portions

    I don't miss anything... I give myself a cheat day once a week when I can eat anything I want! I never feel too deprived and the weight is still coming off :)

    Check out Cooking lights Pizza Recipes, getting healthy doesn't mean being unhappy, treat yourself once a week to a sensible treat, pizza made on Pita with lots of veggies and light cheese......

    Don't deny yourself the simple pleasures, you can do an hour extra exercise and have it guilt free.

    Same here! I fit into my calories for the day!

    I guess what I miss is being able to stuff my face until I can't handle one more piece of cake lol

    Luckily i dont like beer but i love red wine. I still drink it. :) I think i miss slurpies or slushies but i can make lite ones at home so i guess i dont miss it that much.

    They all sound good! The funny thing is before I started watching what I eat, I never craved sweets. Now it's a different story. Go figure.

    Yeah, but its not the same as thick, cheesy pizza with pepperoni...hehehe. I'm not unhappy though. I focus on the fact that I feel SO much better eating healthier and losing weight. The pizza I miss probably wouldn't even taste that good to me anymore (at least that's what I tell myself!)
