    Everybody is different. My Father smoked 2 to 3 packs of unfiltered Pall Malls for almost 40 years. Came home one day and said he was quitting. Never had another cigarette and never showed any ill effects. My Mom took a year of off and on smoking to finally quit and was a ***** the whole time. After my Dad died, mom started smoking again.
