Suggestions on what to do between workouts tonight

I'm doing a step class from 4:30 - 5:30, I've called my pt to see if we can move my 6 appointment to 5:30, but if we can't that gives me 30 minutes with nothing to do except twiddle my thumbs . . . suggestions?

  • Is it safe to take a walk, 10 minutes one way and 10 minutes back? If not, read a good book, it's time for you, all about you.:flowerforyou:

    Well, that's where the conundrum comes in . . . if I spend that time lifting weights why am I paying a personal trainer for 30 minutes of his time today, kwim?

    I see...hmmmm. You could ask your trainer to do circut training and do the weights on your own? A nice warm up walk, a book, a video game? I hate waiting too, I just twitch, gimme back to back anyday. I would get on the treadmll, walk and watch tv (and an hour of cardio won't be mean to your muscles), cause I HATE waiting, but that is just me.
