Hi All! Been having moderate success with another calorie counter through my gym, but considering switching gyms and therefore counters. I love the phone app (although it and the computer don't always seem to talk to each other). I've ben counting for about 5 weeks, and have lost about 5.5 lbs. It would have been more but I had a couple of setbacks, and had to adjust my calorie intake downward to compensate for the fact that I sit all day. What a difference! It's tough, but I'm on a 19-week plan. So far so good! I lost two of the 5 lbs in the first 3 weeks, and 3 lbs in the last two! I'll take the small victories. Right now I'm just trying to burn off fat I gained AFTER I had my baby! Lost 20 lbs, then gained 10 while breastfeeding! No fair! But I'm taking charge now, and lovin' it!
