Hi, I am a 23 year old mommy to a 3 year old. I was in shape before i had my son, stayed active in sports, exercised, etc. Once i had my son he was my top priorty. It wasn't about me anymore, so i put myself on the back burner for a while, well a little tooooo long. Here i am 5'7 weighing 199lbs, which is the exact weight i weighed when i gave birth to my son. Looking at old pictures of myself makes me sick. I finally realized that if i want to continue to be there for my son i need to live a healthy life. So i am starting to take the challange to lose about 40lbs. I know it is going to be tuff but i am READY!

That is what I just decided here recently too. I have to take care of myself too. I constantly am doing things for my husband and my kids. Of course I will continue to take care of my family but I have to prioritize and pencil myself in so I can be fit and happy. You can do this!0

Good Job, You deserve it. I read this the other day, "Nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels." Just try to remember this. My goal is 15-20 pounds, just started on Monday, I know I have to add EVERTHING I eat. If we do this, we HAVE to lose weight. I wish you all the best.0
