HELLO, i i am new to the forums!

i joined MFP ages ago but never really committed but last Monday i decided, after some bad blood sugar results, that i had to get a grip. I ma delgihted that i have dome 4 days so far and exceeded all my fitness and food goals yes! and am doing 10,000 steps a day double yes! i really hope i can keep it up this time :wink:
