ive only been doing this for a week, and im finding it difficult now, maybe seeing some others in the same boat as me will be good motivation could do with a few buddies on here to lighten it up a bit :happy:

i am trying to lose more then 50lb, I have been on here a little over a week and i found to be difficult also, but with the support and motiviation of everyone on this site you will be able to do it! DONT GIVE UP YET!

Yep. Although I started out with 61lbs and down to 44lbs but yeah close to 50lbs to lose

Started wanting to loose at least 65 pounds now I am closer to a minimum of 45 but would love to loose 55 pounds. For me there has been two keys to how far I have come and how far I will go. Planning is my number one key. If you don't plan then it is harder to stay on track. Number 2 has been building friends within this community. It has become essential because they are great cheerleaders and what you give really does come back to you tenfold.0

I want to lose over 50 pounds! I turned 50 years old in June,
And I HATE HOW I LOOK! I was always TO thin until I got a
hysterectomy when I was 41. Don't let any doctor tell you that
having that surgery and weight gain are not related. Today is
my first day on MyFitnessPal, please keep me in your prayers.

I've got 50 to lose. I started out being lazy and looking at the big picture and getting really discouraged. Set yourself little goals and work towards those. I set it up for 20, 30 40 and finally 50lbs lost. Everytime u meet that goal reward yourself... But not with food. Buy that fancy pair of shoes or a get yer hair and nails did. Try to plan her food for the week And take it 1 day at a time. I'm in it 35 days and down 16. You can do it. Add me as a friend if u like. Were all here to help and feed off eachother. And as I type this I'm on the treadmill lol0
