looking for friends for the support. new to my fitnesspal and am loving my results. im a new mom 22 years old lives in northern cali any other moms that felt depressed before doing something about it???. i was super upset now i feel better everyday!

    Hi, I live in NorCal too. Welcome to MFP. You are going to love it here. It is a great supportive tool (and somewhat addicting). I am not a new mom, but I'm a mother of three. I'll send a friend request. Take a look around, there are lots of new mommy groups and posts.
