Hi everyone,

I've decided it's time to get serious about getting back in shape! I managed to lose 49lbs after my first 2 babies, but gained it all back after baby no. 3. I've lost it before, I should be able to do it again, right? Not so easy... Been making half-hearted efforts for the last 3 years and achieved nothing more than maintaining (could be worse, my weight could have notched up further!), but I am fast approaching 40 and I am determinted to be fabulous and not fat!

Looking forward to working on this with you all,

Angela

@fuku- Sounds like you have a plan! The MFP makes it so easy to track what you do and keep you accountable. Good luck! I'm right there with ya - 40 & fabulous in 6 months!!!

@Anjie- Sounds like you have a lot of irons in the fire right now. And plenty of motivation too. Just make sure you log everything - "If you bite it, write it!", and try to get moving!!! Idk what your current activity level is, but another old weight loss saying is "move more". You can do this!!! Best wishes on your journey.
