Hey! So I'm Stef, from New York and I just joined myfitnesspal.. yay for me! Being 22, I've finally decided that I need to get my life on track. Actually, I've known this for a while. I've tried so many diets in the past. I need support. I need motivation. I'm looking everywhere, and that includes right here on this site. Nice to meet all of you

Something that really helped me as an emotional eater was to learn behavioral psychology. Try to make a plan on how to address your emotions without eating. Thing about three other things you could do when you are angry or sad, etc. Build a support system. Don't keep junky food around your house. Instead, put barriers in your way when it comes to overeating. Set your environment up for success instead! Good luck.0
