Hey! So I'm Stef, from New York and I just joined myfitnesspal.. yay for me! Being 22, I've finally decided that I need to get my life on track. Actually, I've known this for a while. I've tried so many diets in the past. I need support. I need motivation. I'm looking everywhere, and that includes right here on this site. Nice to meet all of you :)

Something that really helped me as an emotional eater was to learn behavioral psychology. Try to make a plan on how to address your emotions without eating. Thing about three other things you could do when you are angry or sad, etc. Build a support system. Don't keep junky food around your house. Instead, put barriers in your way when it comes to overeating. Set your environment up for success instead! Good luck.
