I was just thinking about all the healthier foods that I've included in my diet and how I actually get excited about them (I used to only get excited about ice cream!) Here are some that I can get excited about:
Kashi Cinnamon Harvest cereal
Greek yogurt
Grilled chicken--by itself, with brown rice and steamed broccoli, in a sandwich, or a salad
Black bean burritos with lots of veggies
Peaches!
A turkey sandwich with thinly sliced cucumbers
Raw almonds
Dried (unsweetened) cranberries
Green tea
Blueberries and Strawberries with a little dollop of lite whipped cream
Peanut butter and banana on whole wheat toast
Now share yours!!

My fav lately has been grilled chicken with 1/2 cup brown rice..loaded with broccoli, onion, red bell pepper, carrots, and 1 tbsp of kraft light asian sesame dressing. It is DELICIOUS and you don't have to use much of the dressing to turn it into a meal that tastes like it came from a chinese restaurant!
MMM so good.
Oh and whole wheat sandwich thins, greek yogurt mixed with sriracha (tastes like a chili-aioli sauce), thinly sliced cucumbers and grilled chicken. Fav sandwich!! I like it even more than any unhealthy sandwich and it has WAY more nutrition and WAY less calories!0 -
