Hello need help getting back on track with excersise

I am new to myfitness pal and did well the first week and half, and was walking my dog twice a day, But then I had a fall 5 weeks ago. I am just now beginning to walk my dog again. I am very discouraged and would like some suggestions to overcome my fear of falling again. In the past I exercised quite a bit... I lifted weights, swam at least 2-3 times a week and danced besides walking. Thanks

You can't be afraid to fall.. All through life, figuratively and physically you will fall! It's just the matter of getting back up and trying again!((:

Just get out there, you may be wary the first few times but once you see nothing happens and life is just as it used to be you may start running the dog out! Be positive and don't let fear rule your life.0 -
