Hey! Thought you guys would like :}
Apple Pie:
8 oz Almond Milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 6 ice cubes. Blend!
Blueberry Cheesecake:
6 oz Almond Milk, 1 scoop powder, 20 frozen blueberries, 1 tsp graham cracker crumbs, 2 oz fat-free cream cheese, and 5 ice cubes. Blend!
Butterfinger:
8 oz Almond milk, 1 scoop powder, 2 tbsp sugar free butterscotch pudding mix (powder only), 1 tbsp peanut butter, and 5 ice cubes. Blend!
Pistachio:
10 oz Almond Milk, 1 scoop powder, 1 tbsp sugar free pistachio pudding mix (powder only), 4 ice cubes. Blend!
Thai Coconut Chiller:
8 oz Almond milk, 1 scoop powder, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp coconut extract, 6 ice cubes. Blend!

Bump! Don't drink protein shakes yet, but I'm sure I'll catch on to the craze at some point and these sound yummy (taste is one reason why I've never tried them LOL).0

I also like to make an iced vanilla latte - A scoop of vanilla protein powder, around 300ml of milk (I like coconut or cow's milk), spoon of coffee and lots of ice cubes!
I also like to mix vanilla protein powder with any fruits that I have (blueberries or strawberries or raspberries and maybe a banana); blend them with low fat cottage cheese and leave in a fridge for an hour or so, it tastes like a fruity mousse!0 -

2 scoops of COOKIES AND CREAM protien

1 scoop mass or weight gainer
