New and nerous

I'am new to MFP and nervous!! I'am a single mother of a 6 yr old and i feel like i don't have time for myself. I know thats not a very good excuse to gain 50 lbs, but i have...:( Sooo.. ..I'am hoping to get support from all. :)

    If you stick to this it will help! I've lost 42lbs, went from 192 to 152 and still going strong, just Hang in there! Your kids will always be important, but your body is your temple, take care of it for yourself :) start with baby steps, we all learn to walk before we run :)

    Welcome! Just know that you can do it...if you clean up your diet and try to get just 30 minutes of exercise in per day, you will see remarkable improvements.
