There isn't body fat anywhere else on my body, except maybe a bit on my lower back. But I can't seem to get rid of that little pouch,

A while ago a did a week of intense cardio (ran 10 miles/day) and I noticed my body actually burned my chest muscles instead of burning that tiny bit of fat...So how do I flatten that area?

PS. I still run 10 miles pretty often (or bike 30) but I do muscle training every other day to prevent from losing muscle mass. I have a low sugar diet with lots of protein, complex carbs, and less than 30g (net) fat per day

Stop losing weight and bulk up. you wont notice a little bit of chub if you change the shape of your body.

hmm, alright...Don't want to get too bulky though as I'm pretty short for a guy.

That sounds like good advice for me, too. I don't look like I have fat anywhere else on my body either. I actually am very satisfied with every part of my body except my ab area. I can feel the muscles underneath my belly, but trimming it down seems a great challenge I've been working on for months, without much results. I've even changed my dietary habits, eaten less fat and more vegetables and fruit, and it still seems like it's not making much difference. One thing I have not incorporated into my exercises is running, which I need to get back into. I believe that may greatly help. I'll still try bulking up in muscle mass, though. Thank you!
  • Crunches! If you've joined a gym then ab machines :)
