OH MY GOODNESS. I'M SO HAPPY WITH MYSELF. I LOST 6 LBS. WOW, LIKE THAT.
ONE QUESTION? HOW DO I GET MY CARBS TO NOT GOING NEGATIVE? DO CARBS MATTER OR IS IT MAINLY CALORIES AND FAT'S?

    If you eat a lot of fruit and veggies your carbs will go negative but don't worry about that because you are getting good carbs, its potato chips and junk that you want to avoid. I focus on fat, calories and fiber and my fiber always goes negative because of the fruits and veggies.

    Anyway, awesome weight loss for the week, keep it up! :wink:
